컨설팅의 관계를 보는 또 하나의 관점: 교류교육적 협력관계

The study for a new perspective on the relationship of consulting: the cooperative relationship of exchange education

이 연구는 교육본위론을 토대로 컨설팅의 교류교육적 협력관계의 구조와 특성을 제시하였다. 컨설팅의 관계는 컨설팅의 성패에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인으로 여러 측면에서 연구되어 왔다. 이 연구에서는 컨설팅 관계가 가질 수 있는 위험성을 심리, 문화, 변화, 차이로 나누어 분석하고, 이와 관련해서 Caplan, Schein, Bellman의 컨설팅 관계에 대한 이론을 검토하였다. 논문의 후반부에서는 교육본위론에서 제시된 교육적 관계, 교류교육 등의 개념에 근거해 컨설팅의 교류교육적 협력관계를 제안하였다. 교류교육적 협력관계의 관점에서 볼 때 컨설팅에서는 컨설티와 컨설턴트의 차이를 어떻게 긍정적으로 활용할 수 있느냐가 매우 중요하다. 그리고 그 협력의 중심에는 컨설티와 컨설턴트의 교류교육적 교섭을 통한 이해와 합의의 성취가 있다. 교류교육적 협력관계는 기존의 관점과는 다른 새로운 각도에서 컨설팅의 관계를 이해하는 틀이 될 수 있다고 생각한다.

This study presents the structure and characteristics of the cooperative relationship of exchange education in consulting based on the theory of educative frame. The relationship of consulting has been studied in various aspects as an important variable that affects the success or failure of consulting. In this study, the risks that consulting relationships can have are analyzed by dividing them into psychology, culture, change, and difference, and in this regard, Caplan, Schein, and Bellman's theories on consulting relationships are reviewed. In the second half of the thesis, based on the theory of educative frame, educational relationship and exchange education proposed therein, the cooperative relationship of exchange education in consulting was proposed. From the perspective of the cooperative relationship of exchange education, it is very important how to positively utilize the difference between consultee and consultant in consulting. And at the center of the cooperation is the achievement of understanding and agreement through the exchange educational negotiations between them. I think that the cooperative relationship of exchange education in consulting can be a framework for understanding the relationship of consulting from a new angle different from the existing perspective.
