The purpose of this study is to find out whether it affects muscle tension and biomechanical changes in supine position and standing posture using tilt table in patients with spasticity cerebral palsy. Ten patients with spasticity cerebral palsy (Gross Motor Function Classification; GMFCS levels IV and V) were measured using MyotonPRO device in their supine position to measure SCM, biceps brachii, rectus femoris, tibialis anterior, and the same muscles were measured in the standing position using tilting table. The paired t-test was applied to the statistical analysis to find out the muscle tension and biomechanical changes according to the change in posture, and the significance level was set at α=0.05. There was a significant difference in muscle tension on the right side of biceps branchii, and there was no significant difference in the SCM, bices brachii left side, rectus femoris, tibialis ant. Biomechanical changes showed significant differences in D’s right side of biceps brachii, rectus femoris, tibialis ant. Left side, while there was no significant difference in SCM, left side of biceps brachii, tibialis ant. Item S showed significant differences biceps brachii, tibialis ant, there was no significant difference in SCM, rectus femoris, and tibialis ant. It is thought to be a way to make positive changes in the tissues around muscles and joints through posture changes that can apply various weight loads to patients who cannot move on their own through posture changes.
