Effects of subjective stress and depressive symptoms on daily life scores in the COVID-19 situations : Using data from the 2020 Community Health Survey

In order to provide basic data for the health promotion of during the COVID-19 situation, we tried to find out the factors that subjective stress and prevalence of depressive symptoms affect daily life scores. Raw data from the 2020 Community Health Survey of the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC, 2020). Finally, 182,540 people were statistically analyzed. The relationship with COVID-19 impact daily life scores was related to subjective stress in both men and women, but in men, the prevalence of depression was not a variable that had an independent effect. In order to recover from subjective stress and depressive symptoms, measures should be prepared to recover daily life, and various programs should be established to prepare for the Post COVID era while mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
