성인 취업 여성의 사회적 지지가 심리적 부적응에 미치는 영향: 대인관계능력의 매개효과

The Effect of Social Support of Adult Working Women on Psychological Maladjustment: Mediating Effect of Interpersonal Skills

본 연구는 성인 취업 여성의 사회적 지지와 심리적 부적응의 관계에서 대인관계능력의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 광주광역시에 거주하는 성인 취업 여성을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 258명의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0과 PROCESS macro 3.5를 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 매개효과 분석을 실시했다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지는 대인관계능력과 유의한 정(+)적 상관이 나타났으며, 심리적 부적응과는 유의한 부(-)적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대인관계능력과 심리적 부적응 간의 유의한 부(-)적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인 취업 여성의 사회적 지지와 심리적 부적응의 영향 관계에서 대인관계능력의 부분매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 끝으로 본 연구에 대한 의의 및 제한점을 논의하고 추후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

This study verified the mediating effect of interpersonal ability on the relationship between social support and psychological maladjustment of adult working women. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on working adult women living in Gwangju Metropolitan City, and a total of 258 data were used for the final analysis. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and mediation effect analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS macro 3.5. The results of this study are as follows. First, social support showed a significant positive (+) correlation with interpersonal ability, and a significant negative (-) correlation with psychological maladaptation. Also, it was found that there was a significant negative (-) correlation between interpersonal ability and psychological maladaptation. Second, it was confirmed that there was a partial mediating effect of interpersonal ability in the relationship between social support and psychological maladjustment of adult employed women. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed, and further studies were suggested.
