정신장애인의 자기낙인에 대한 국내 연구 동향 분석

Analysis of domestic research trends on self-stigma of people with mental disorders

본 연구의 목적은 정신장애인의 자기낙인에 대한 국내 연구의 동향분석을 하기 위함이다. 분석대상은 2010년부터 2022년까지 발표된 국내 학위 논문, 학회 발표자료, 연구보고서, 단행본을 대상으로 최종 29편을 분석하였는데, 그 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상이 조현증환자를 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았고, 점차 조현증을 포함한 다양한 정신질환 대상으로 연구대상이 확대되어왔다. 둘째, 연구유형에서는 양적 연구가 86.20%로 대부분을 차지하였다. 셋째, 연구주제는 자아존중감, 자기효능감에 관한 연구가 24.14%로 가장 많이 차지하였다. 넷째, 연구의 주요 내용은 자기낙인의 영향요인에 관한 내용이 37.93%로 많은 부분을 차지하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of the study was to analyze domestic research trends on self-stigma of people with mental disorders. Study sample consisted of 29 literature published in the period of 2010-2022, including theses, journal articles, research reports, and books. The main results were as follows. First, the majority of the sample were studies on people with schizophrenia, and the study sample gradually expanded to a variety of mental disorders including schizophrenia. Second, in terms of research methods, the majority of the studies were quantitative research at 86.20%. Third, among the research topics, research on self-esteem and self-efficacy occupied the largest portion at 24.14%. Fourth, the main contents of the study were the contents on the influence of self-stigma, which accounted for a large portion at 37.93%. Based on these results, the present study provided implications for further studies.
