대학생용 학습참여 행동특성 진단도구 개발

Development of Learning Engagement Behavior test for University Students

본 연구는 대학생 학습참여 행동특성에 관한 자가진단도구를 개발하고 이를 타당화 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 토대로 대학생 학습참여 행동특성 문항들을 개발하고, 대학생들을 대상으로 본 검사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문항개발 결과 3개영역(학습도입, 학습전개, 학습결과), 63문항이 추출되었다. 둘째, 3개 영역으로 구성된 학습참여 행동특성 척도 모형의 적합성을 살펴보기 위해, 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, CFI, TLI 그리고 RMSEA등의 적합도 지수가 수용가능한 수준으로 나왔으며, 이를 통해 적합하나 도구임을 확인하였으며, 신뢰도가 .76～.93의 범위를 나타내 신뢰로운 척도임을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 진단도구는 기존 도구와의 차별성 그리고 유용성 면에서 도구 활용의 시사점이 있는 점에서 의미가 있다.

The aim of this study is to develop the self-report test about learning engagement behaviors of university students and to validate it. For this, we developed the items which can measure the leaning engagement behaviors based on advanced researches and surveyed it to 225 university students. The results are like below. First we deduced 3 factors(pre-learning, learning, and learning outcome) and 63 items. Second, we conducted Confirmatory Factor Analysis for model appropriation and model fit index like CFI, TLI, and RMSEA were appropriate. The results of reliability test were .76~.93 so the reliability also confirmed. The developed self-report test about learning engagement of university student has implications in discrimination from advanced tests and its utility.
