대학교수자의 학습자중심 교수법 교육요구도 분석과 지원방안

A Study on the Educational Needs of University Professors for Learner- Centered Faculty Support

본 연구는 대학교수자의 학습자중심 교수법 교육요구도를 조사하고, 교수 직위와 소속대학에 따른 차이를 분석하여 학습자중심 교수법 지원방안에 대한 제안을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 A대학교 교원을 대상으로 설문조사 후 T검정, 일원분산분석, Borich 요구도, The Locus for Focus 모델을 통해 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 전체 교수자의 학습자중심 교수법에 대한 교육요구도는 디자인 씽킹, 캡스톤 디자인, 토의·토론 학습 순으로 나타났고, 교수지원 프로그램에 대한 교육요구도는 참여적 수업설계, 학습자중심 교과목 개발, 팀기반 퍼실리테이션 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습자중심 교수법 프로그램에서 교수자 직위별로는 플립 러닝과 디자인 씽킹에서 차이가 나타났다. 또한, 교수지원 프로그램에서 교수자 직급별로는 수업자료 개발과 팀기반 퍼실리테이션에서 조교수와 부교수 간, 조교수와 교수 및 명예교수 간 집단 차이로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습자중심 교수법 프로그램에서 교수자의 소속대학별로는 디자인 씽킹에서 차이가 공과대학과 융합기술대학 간의 집단 차이로 융합기술대학의 요구가 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 교수자의 교수지원 개선 요구사항으로는 교수지원 방법으로 온라인과 오프라인 병행에 대한 요구가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구로는 교수자의 요구와 학습자의 요구를 통합한 지원방안에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the educational needs of university professors for supporting learner-centered teaching methods, analyze the differences between professors' affiliated universities, and propose methods for supporting professors. To this end, a survey of teachers at A University was conducted through the t-test, ANOVA, Borich demand, and The Locus for Focus. As a results of the research, first, the educational needs of all professors were followed by design thinking, capstone design, and discussion learning. Second, by professor position in the learner-centered teaching method program, there were differences in flip learning and design thinking. Third, in the learner-centered teaching method program, the demand for convergence technology colleges was high due to the collective difference between engineering colleges and convergence technology colleges in design thinking. Fourth, the demand for both online and offline activities is the highest as a way of supporting professors. Follow-up research requires research on support measures that integrate the needs of professors and learners.
