대학 CTL 전문가들의 원격교육 질 관리에 대한 중요도-실행도 인식 분석

A study on CTL Experts' Recognition about Quality Management of Distance Education in Higher Education

본 연구는 대학 교수학습센터(CTL) 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 원격교육의 질 관리 항목에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 분석하였다. 대학 CTL 전문가들은 원격교육 질 관리를 위해 인프라, CTL 교육지원, 제도 순으로 중요도와 실행도를 높게 인식하였다. 인프라 영역에서는 원격교육 담당업무 인력 확충, CTL 교육지원에서는 교수자 대상 온라인 강의 운영 교육 실시 확대, 제도에서는 원격교육을 위한 규정 개편이 질 관리를 위해 가장 중요한 항목으로 분석되었다. 원격교육 질 관리 항목 중 가장 낮은 실행도를 보인 항목은 인프라 영역에서 원격교육 담당업무 인력 확충, CTL 교육지원에서 디지털 접근성 취약계층 학생 대상 스마트 기기 지원, 제도에서 원격교육 인증제 도입으로 나타났다. 대학 원격교육 질 관리 항목별 중요도-실행도의 IPA 분석 결과에서는 우선 중점개선 영역 항목으로 원격교육 담당 업무 인력 확충, 학습 격차 해소를 위한 학습 지원이, 점진적 개선대상 영역 항목은 원격교육 인증제 도입, 디지털 접근성 취약계층 학생 대상 스마트 기기 지원, 원격교육 관리위원회 학생 참여, 비대면 수업을 위한 대학 간 협업･공유 모델, 학점 교류 필요성, 원격교육 참여 학습 공간 지원 등으로 분석되었다. 전반적으로 인프라, 제도, CTL 교육지원 측면의 원격교육 질 관리 항목들에 대해 중요도 인식 만큼 실제 현장에서의 실행도는 그에 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다.

This study analyzed the importance and performance of distance education quality management items through a survey for experts at the university center for teaching and learning(CTL). University CTL experts highly perceived the importance and performance in the order of infrastructure, CTL education support, and system for distance education quality management. Expansion of manpower in charge of distance education in the infrastructure area, expansion of education for instructors in the CTL education support area, and, regulation reform for distance education in the system area were analyzed as the most important items for quality management. Of the distance education quality management items, the items that showed the lowest performance included expansion of manpower in charge of distance education in the infrastructure area, smart device support for digitally vulnerable students in the CTL education support area, and introduction of distance education certification system in the system area. The IPA analysis results of importance‐performance for university distance education quality management by item found expansion of manpower in charge of distance education and support for learning to bridge the learning gap in the key improvement area. In general, as the distance education quality management items in terms of infrastructure, system, and CTL education support are considered important, the performance in the actual field was analyzed to fail to reach the expectations.
