교수학습센터 프로그램의 성과 평가를 위한 학습역량 검사도구 개발 : G대학교 학생을 중심으로

Development of Learning Competency Test Tool for Performance Evaluation of Center for Teaching and Learning Program : Focusing on G University Students

본 연구에서는 학습역량 환류시스템의 구축을 위해 G대학교 교수학습센터 프로그램의 성과 평가를 위한 학습역량을 선정하고 이를 측정할 수 있는 검사도구를 개발하였다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 첫째, 학습역량의 선행 연구를 조사하여 G대학교 인재상 및 핵심가치에 적합한 학습역량을 선정하였다. 둘째, 산업의 요구분석을 통해 도출된 학습역량과 선행연구에서 도출한 학습역량의 공통요소를 추출하여 학습역량을 선정하고 하위요인과 문항을 구성하였다. 이때 전문가 집단의 표적집단면접법을 이용하여 학습역량의 문항들을 선별하였다. 셋째, G대학교 학생들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하고 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 타당성과 신뢰성 검정 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 학습역량 검사도구를 개발하였다. 연구결과 문제해결, 의사소통, 창의, 협동학습의 4가지 학습역량과 각 역량에 해당하는 하위요인의 타당성과 신뢰성이 검정되었으며 확인적 요인분석을 통해 모델의 적합도가 양호하다는 것이 확인되었다. 연구결과를 통해 도출한 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개발된 학습역량 검사도구를 활용하여 학생 개인의 학습역량을 스스로 진단하여 학습의 효과성을 기대할 수 있다. 둘째, 개발된 학습역량 검사도구는 교수학습센터에서 운영하는 프로그램의 사전·사후 검사도구로 사용되어 성과 평가, 개선 및 환류에 이용될 수 있다.

In this study, for the establishment of a learning competency feedback system, a test tool was developed to select and measure the learning competency for performance evaluation of Center for Teaching and Learning program in the G University. To conduct the research, first, by examining previous studies on learning competency, learning competency suitable for G University's talent profile and core values ​​was selected. Second, learning competencies were selected by extracting common elements derived from industry needs analysis and previous studies, and sub-factors and items were composed. Third, an online survey was conducted for G University students, and a validity and reliability test and confirmatory factor analysis were performed using a statistical program to develop a learning ability test tool. As a result, the validity and reliability of 4 competencies, problem solving, communication, creativity and cooperative learning and sub-factors corresponding to each competency were tested, and the model’s fitness was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis. The implications of this study, derived from these research results, are as follows. First, it is possible to self-diagnose each student’s learning competency by using the developed tool. Also, the tool can be used for performance evaluation, improvement, and feedback by using it as a tool for pre and post examination of programs operated by Center for Teaching and Learning.
