Rasch 측정모형을 이용한 대학 전공능력 진단도구의 타당화: 경제학과 사례를 중심으로

Validation of the Major Ability Assessment for College Student using the Rasch model: Focusing on Economics

본 연구는 Rasch 모형을 적용하여 A대학 경제학과 전공능력 진단도구의 타당성을 5가지 측면에서 통합적으로 검증하고자 Rasch 측정모형을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 검사내용에 기초한 타당도 검증에서 내외 적합도와 점이연 상관계수 모두 적절하였다. 둘째, 실제에 기초한 타당도 검증에서 전체피험자의 83.6%가 Rasch 모형에 적합한 문항 반응 형태를 나타냈다. 셋째, 내적 구조에 기초한 타당도 검증에서 문항의 단일차원을 지지한 바 있다. 넷째, 반응과정에 기초한 타당도 검증에서 평정 척도 분석 결과도 양호하게 나타났다. 다섯째, 일반화에 기초한 타당도 검증에서 성별에 따른 차별기능문항 분석을 실시한 결과, 2개를 제외한 전체 문항에서 차별기능문항이 나타나지 않았다. 마지막으로 검사도구가 Rasch 모형에 적합한지 검증하기 위해 신뢰도를 추정한 결과, 피험자와 문항에 대한 R신뢰도, 분리지수, 층화지수에서 내적 일관성이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 통합적 접근에 근거하여 다양한 타당도 근거를 확보하여 A대학 경제학과 전공능력 진단도구의 타당도를 통합적으로 평가하였다.

This study is to apply the unified approach of validating the major ability assessment for college student. The major ability assessment was applied to 152 A-university students. Specially, the validation of the tool was tested within the framework of the content, substantive, structural, generalizable aspect of validity. To examine the validity of the tool, Rasch Measurement Model was used. The results showed that most of the items were appropriate for the major ability tool. Also, the reliability of the survey tool was tested in the context of Rasch Measurement Model. The results showed that the items of five major ability possessed of reliability. The major ability tool consisted of 25 items under the five major abilitues and became a validated test tool with reliability and validity.
