This article suggests that the law classroom is an ideal place for the teaching of critical thinking. However, in order to teach such skills, the traditional method of case analysis must be modified. This article demonstrates how to modify the traditional method of case analysis to incorporate evaluation and ethical analysis. The article further demonstrates how articles can be used in the law classroom to further enhance the development of students ' critical thinking skills.
