키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 살펴본 청소년 자해에 대한 사회적 인식 연구

A study on the social perception of adolescent self-injury based on keyword network analysis

본 연구에서는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 청소년 자해에 대한 사회적 인식을 살펴봄으로써 청소년 자해 및 자살 문제 개입 방안을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 텍스톰(textom) 빅데이터를 바탕으로‘청소년 + 자해’를 검색하여 온라인 데이터를 수집하였다, 두 번의 정제과정을 거쳐 단어빈도를 바탕으로 상위 키워드 50개를 선정하였고, 그 이후 1-mode 메트릭스 데이터를 작성하여 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 자해에 관한 주요 키워드는 청소년, 자해, 자살, 상담, 부모 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년 자해와 관련해서 출현 빈도가 높았던 키워드인‘청소년’과 ‘자해’는 각각 ‘청소년-상담’, ‘청소년-우울증’, ‘자해-친구’, ‘자해-마음’과의 동시 출현 빈도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 연결중심성이 가장 높은 키워드는 청소년이었고, 출현 빈도의 순위와 유사하게 나타났다. 넷째, 청소년 자해에 대한 사회적인 인식은 ‘심리치료의 필요성 진작’, ‘안전망 구축’, ‘자해행동 차후 접근으로서 회복’, ‘자해 포함 자살 예방을 위한 지지체계 구축’ 4가지 토픽으로 대표되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청소년 자해 문제 개입을 위한 시사점과 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore ways to intervene in adolescent self-injury and suicide problems by examining social perceptions of youth self-injury through keyword network analysis. To this purpose, based on Textom's big data, online data was collected using search words such as 'adolescent + self-injury'. After the primary and secondary filtering process, 50 top keywords were selected based on word frequency, and then 1-mode matrix data was created based on this to conduct network analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, the main keywords for youth self-injury appeared in the order of adolescents, self-injury, suicide, counseling, and parents. Second, the keywords for‘adolescents’ and ‘self-injury’which appeared frequently in relation to youth self-injury, had a high frequency of simultaneous appearances with "adolescent-counseling”, "adolescent-depression”, "self-injury-friend” and "self-harm-mind” respectively. Third, the keyword with the highest connection centrality was adolescent, and it was similar to the ranking of the frequency of appearance. Fourth, the social perception of adolescent self-injury was represented by four topics: "promoting the need for psychological treatment,”"building a safety net”"recovery as a follow-up approach to self-injury behavior” and "building a support system for suicide prevention including self-injury.” Based on these results, implications and suggestions for intervention in adolescent self-injury problems were suggested.
