미술 기반 동료 슈퍼비전 작품을 온라인 전시로 감상한 미술치료사들의 경험과 의미: 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(FGI)를 바탕으로

Experiences and Meanings of Art Therapists who Viewed Art-Based Peer Supervision Works through an Online Exhibition: Based on Focus Group Interviews (FGI)

본 연구는 미술 기반 동료 슈퍼비전에서 생성된 미술작품을 온라인에서 감상한 미술치료사들의 경험과 그 의미를 이해하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 다양한 경력의 미술치료사 12명이며, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집한 후 Van Kaam의 해석학적 연구 방법을 토대로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 ‘슈퍼비전에 대한 미술치료사들의 인식’, ‘미술치료사의 미술 기반 동료 슈퍼비전 전시 감상 경험’, ‘새로운 동료 슈퍼비전 방법에 대한 의견’이라는 3개의 범주와 7 개의 주제가 도출되었다. 미술 기반 동료 슈퍼비전 작품의 감상 경험은 미술치료사인 창작자와감상자가 작품을 통해 상호작용함으로써 동료 슈퍼비전의 경험으로 공유, 확장되었으며, 새로운 슈퍼비전 방식으로 미술치료사들의 전시 감상을 통한 간접적인 동료 슈퍼비전의 가능성을확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 새로운 미술치료 동료 슈퍼비전을 통해 슈퍼비전의 본질적 기능을 유지한 채 관계 및 시공간의 확장을 시도하고, 다양한 환경에서 시도될 수 있도록 방안을제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다

The subjects of the study were 12 art therapists with various careers, and after collecting data through focus group interviews, they were analyzed based on Van Kaam's hermeneutical research method. As a result of the analysis, three categories and seven themes were derived: 'art therapists' perception of supervision', 'art therapist's experience of art-based peer supervision exhibition', and 'opinion on new peer supervision method'. The experience of appreciating art-based colleague supervisor's works was shared and expanded into the experience of colleague supervision by the art therapist creator and viewer interacting through the work. We were able to confirm the possibility of vision. This study is meaningful in that it attempts to expand relationships and space-time while maintaining the essential function of supervision through a new art therapy colleague supervision, and suggests a plan to be attempted in various environments.
