The purpose of this study is to find the course on the equality of both genders education in our school society There are a lot of elements for Inequality of both genders in our modem society, especially in school society, we can find the many things connected with inequality of both genders. For examples, school education is emphasizing the manhood such as a progressive spirit, creative power, activity, courageousness, etc in a boy's school, otherwise in a girl ' s school education need the traditional feminine beauty such as a purity, patience, modest, etc. I can find our educational system and school society are an androcentric society in this study. Therefore, I mean conclusion as follow, First, 1t is needed the government authorities' positive effort and publicity work for the conception and importance on the equality both genders Second, a school society mu 앗 improve the inspirable programs on consciousness of equalitv of both genders Third, there are many imx1muity elements for both genders in school teacher's promotion system, so it is necessary to get rid of the inequality elements for a woman school teacher, and to make the dualistic structure on the school teacher's promotion system.
