A Study of the Program for Creative Personality Development

Creativity means making new idea, and personality means interactive skills with others. Personality includes both productive personality and nonproductive sides. Those who have productive personality are future-oriented, and adaptive creatively to new situation. Most of all, they behave freely. But those who have nonproductive personality are past-oriented, not adaptive to new situation. Most of all, they don't behave freely. Those who have productive personality is creative. So, productive personality means creative personality. Creative personality means interactive skills with others which make men to behave freely without conflict with others. Those who have creative personality are liberal, affective, always haggled by something, attracted to mysterious, introversive, reserved, sincere, humoristic, receptive to ideas of others, versatile, and making mistakes occasionally. The program for creative personality development aims at making children to cultivate these characters. For these purpose, this program needs to be developed to remove the obstacles to think creatively. The obstacles to think creatively are obstacles to make questions, obstacles to remind and searching informations, obstacles to imagine informations, obstacles to elaborate ideas, and obstacles to receive ideas. This program contains four parts, to have the mind loving others, to think according to metacognotive four operational thinking method, to think according to five phases, and the situation to effort to make new ideas.
