자기성장 집단상담 프로그램이 자아존중감에 미치는 효과성

The Effect of Self-Growth Program on the Ego-Identity and Interpersonal relations of University Students

The purpose of this study was to investigate the of self-growth program on the ego -identity and interpersonal relations for university student. The subjects of study were consisted of university students in Busan K university. They were randomly assigned to the self-growth group(n=20), interpersonal training group(n =10) and control group (n=10). Study was that it had difference on changing of ego—identity and interpersonal relations experimental group, which was implemented the self-growth program, and comparison group which wasn't. Hypotheses tested in the experimental group would gain higher scores on the comparison of ego-identity and interpersonal relations than the comparison group gain scores. The results of this study are as follows : First, the difference in post-test scores of characteristic of the ego-idenity between the experiment group and comparison groups was found to be statistic미]y significant(p<0.05). Therefore, the hypotheses was retained. Second, the difference in 1)()st --test scores of interpersonal relations between the experiment group and comparison groups was found to be statistically significant(p<.005). Therefore, the hypotheses was retained. Based on the findings, it was concluded that self-growth program is effective in changing university students interpersonal relations and university students' ego-identity.
