통합학급 교사에 대한 행·재정적 지원 및 직무만족도와 장애수용태도와의 상관연구

The Study of Correlation Between Attitude Toward the Disabilities and Administrative-Financial Supports, Job Satisfaction of Elementary Inclusive Class Teacher

본 연구의 목적은 통합학급교사에 대한 행·재정적 지원 및 통합학급 직무만족도와 장애수용태도의 상관유무를 분석하는데 있으며, 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 1) 통합학급교사에 대한 행·재정적 지원과 교사의 장애수용태도는 상관관계가 있는가? 2) 통합학급교사의 직무만족도와 교사의 장애수용태도는 상관관계가 있는가? 이를 위해 대구·경북 지역 초등학교 교사 160명에게 설문을 실시하였고, 회수한 설문지중 155부를 최종 사용하였다. 설문지는 선행연구를 바탕으로 목적에 맞게 재구성하였으며, 대상자의 배경정보, 통합학급교사의 행·재정적 지원 현황, 통합학급운영 직무만족도, 통합교사의 장애수용태도의 4개 영역으로 나누어 빈도분석, 평균, 표준편차를 알아보고, 상관관계를 분석하였다. 통합교사에 대한 행·재정적 지원 및 통합학급운영 직무만족도와 장애수용태도와의 상관관계에 대한 분석은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합학급교사에 대한 행·재정적 지원과 장애수용태도 중 장애학생에 대한 태도는 상관관계가 있다고 나타났으나 장애학생의 능력을 인식하는 영역과는 상관이 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 통합학급운영 직무만족도와 장애수용태도는 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 직무만족도 중 전문성 신장 영역은 장애학생의 능력을 인지하는 것과는 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between attitude toward the disabilities and administrating-financial supports, job satisfaction of elementary inclusive class teacher. For this study, research questions were as follows. First, Is there correlation between attitude toward the disabilities and administrating-financial supports of elementary inclusive class teacher? Second, Is there correlation between attitude toward the disabilities and job satisfaction of elementary inclusive class teacher? For this study 160 survey were distributed in Daegu & GyungBuk and 155 were analyzed. For developing this survey, previous studies and questionnaire were reviewed. This survey was constructed with 4 sub-questionnaires : teacher’s background information, administrating-financial supports, job satisfaction, attitude toward the disabilities. Every items were analyzed with descriptive statistic information and correlation scores. Major findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, It was shown that there is a correlation between attitude toward the disabilities and administrating-financial supports of elementary inclusive class teacher. The result means that higher administrating-financial supports, teacher will have the higher attitude toward the disabilities. Second, It was shown that there is a correlation between job satisfaction of inclusive teacher and attitude toward the disabilities. The result means that higher job satisfaction, teacher will have the higher attitude toward the disabilities. According to these results, it is necessary to apply various incentive system and various forms of service-training programs for elementary inclusive class teacher.
