한국 교육리더십 연구동향의 재분석

A Review of Researches on Educational Leadership Research Trend

이 연구의 목적은 한국 교육리더십 연구동향을 포괄적으로 이해하고 발전 과제를 제시하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 국내 교육리더십 연구동향을 분석한 9편의 논문을 종합적으로 재분석하였다. 분석결과, 공통적으로 연구의 편향성과 연구활동에서 부정적 측면이 확인되었다. 그러나 교육리더십 유형의 다양화에 관해서는 서로 다른 해석이 있었고, 교육리더십 대상의 확대에 대해서는 다양한 의견이 제시되었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 개방적인 연구환경 조성, 부정적인 연구풍토 개선, 교육리더십 재개념화, 교육 리더십 연구대상 확대 및 주체와 대상의 조화를 발전 과제로 제시하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 우리나라 교육리더십 연구가 ‘한국적인 것’과 ‘교육적인 것’에 대한 근본적인 질문에서 다시 시작되어야 함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this paper is to provide insight to the multiple ways that research on educational leadership reduce the diffusion and inconsistency of discourse and prompt a constructive discussion. This study reviewed the previous studies that discussed the past stream and suggested the future directions. The major findings of the study are as follows: partial research perspectives, the gap between academic research and educational field, 4) closed climate of educational research community. As a result, this study suggested a few agenda for the future reseach i.e., reconceptualization of educational leadership, the networking of interactions beyond school boundaries, effective research environment, and constructive climate of research community. It it might be useful to develop and articulate the future research on educational leadership. The author conclude that educational research must address these primary questions if research is to help improve practice of education and Korean.
