일반고등학교의 교육력 제고 정책 분석

An Analysis of the Policy of Improving Education in General High Schools

본 연구는 교육력이 무엇인지 그 개념에 대해 선행연구들을 통해 고찰하고, 이를 토대로 일반고 교육력 제고를 위한 정책들을 살펴보았다. 선행연구들을 통해 살펴본 교육력은 ‘학습과정에서 학생이 다방면의 역량을 함양하고 지속적으로 개발해 나갈 수 있는 학교교육의 힘’이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 개념을 바탕으로 교육부를 비롯한 3개의 교육청의 정책들을 살펴보았을 때, 정책적 의미에서의 교육력은 선행연구들을 통해 살펴본 개념과 유사한 맥락에 있었다. 즉 교육력은 ‘학생이 자신의 진로에 맞는 다양한 교육을 제공받음으로써 역량함양과 진로 탐색의 두 목표를 달성하는 학교교육의 힘’이라 볼 수 있다. 이와 같은 교육력의 정의를 기본방향으로 현재 추진되고 있는 일반고 교육력 제고 정책들이 그 목표를 달성하기를 기대해본다.

This study examined the concept of educational power through prior studies and examined the policies for enhancing the educational power of general high schools. The educational power seen through prior studies can be said to be the power of school education that allows students to develop and continue to develop various skills in the learning process. Based on this concept, the policies of the Ministry of Education and three other offices of education were in a similar context to those of the preceding studies. In other words, education is 'the power of school education to achieve two goals of competency improvement and career exploration by providing students with diverse education tailored to their career path.' We look forward to achieving the goals of the policies for enhancing the educational power of general high schools, which are currently being pursued in the basic direction of the definition of educational power.
