교사의 의사결정 반영 및 학교만족도와 학교장의 변혁적 리더십의 관계에 관한 문헌분석

A Literature Study on the Relationship between Teachers' Decision-Making Reflection, School Satisfaction and School Principal's Transformational Leadership

본 연구는 교사의 의사결정 반영 및 학교만족도와 학교장의 변혁적 리더십의 관계에 관한 문헌분석을 하였다. 한국교육학술정보원 사이트(www.riss.kr)에서 교사의 의사결정 반영, 학교만족도, 학교장의 변혁적 리더십과 관련한 키워드를 중심으로 검색하였고, 국내학술지 61편을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교사의 의사가 적극적으로 반영될수록 학교에 대한 만족도는 높아지고, 학교장이 변혁적 리더십을 발휘하여 교사의 의사결정 반영 정도가 높아지면 학교만족도 역시 함께 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 학교장의 변혁적 리더십에 따라 교사의 의사결정 반영과 학교만족도가 다르게 나타나는 것이다. 본 연구는 학교 현장뿐만 아니라 정책적으로도 유의미한 시사점을 제공해줄 것으로 기대된다. 학교장의 학교경영에 유용한 자료로 활용될 것이며, 효율적 학교경영에도 시사하는 바가 크다고 볼 수 있다. 정책적으로도 교사의 학교만족도 제고 및 학교의 민주적 의사결정 문화 형성에 유의미한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

This study conducted a literature analysis on the relationship between teacher decision-making reflection and school satisfaction and school principal's transformational leadership. Keywords related to teachers' decision-making reflection, school satisfaction, and school principals' transformational leadership were searched on the Korea Educational Research and Information Service website (www.riss.kr), and 61 domestic academic journals were analyzed. According to the analysis, the more actively the teacher's intention is reflected, the higher the satisfaction level of the school, and the higher the level of reflection of the teacher's decision by the principal of the school, the better the school's satisfaction level. In other words, teachers' decision-making reflection and school satisfaction are different depending on the transformational leadership of the school principal. The study is expected to provide significant implications not only for school sites but also for policy. It will be used as a useful material for school management by school principals, and it also has great implications for efficient school management. Policy-wise, it will also be used as a significant basis for enhancing teachers' school satisfaction and forming a democratic decision-making culture in schools.
