대학조직의 성과관리에 관한 연구 동향 분석: 성과관리 모형 개발 연구를 중심으로

Research Trends on Performance Management of University Organizations: Focus on research in the development of performance management models

이 연구에서는 통합적 문헌 고찰을 통하여 우리나라 대학조직의 성과관리에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하고, 대학조직의 성과관리 모형을 개발한 연구 내용을 분석하여 대학 성과관리 모형 개발의 특징을 밝힘으로써 향후 대학조직의 성과관리에 관한 연구에 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국교육학술정보원의 학술연구정보서비스(Research Information Sharing Service, RISS)에서 2002년부터 2021년까지 발표된 논문 중 대학조직의 성과관리에 관한 국내 학술지 논문 및 학위논문 총 23편을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 대학조직 성과관리에 관한 연구의 전체적인 동향은 연도별 연구논문 수, 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 연구 주제로 구분하였으며, 대학조직의 성과관리 모형을 개발한 연구에 관한 분석은 해당 연구에서 주로 활용한 성과관리 모형을 발견하고 연구 결과를 종합 분석함으로써 그 특징을 밝히고자 하였다. 이 연구에서 밝힌 주요 연구 결과를 바탕으로 내린 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학조직의 성과관리체제 도입 사례나 성과관리 모형 개발에 관한 연구와 함께, 해당 사례 혹은 개발된 모형의 효과를 검증하는 연구의 수행이 필요하다. 둘째, 대학조직의 특성을 반영하여 대학전체조직의 성과관리 모형을 개발하는 연구가 수행될 필요가 있다. 셋째, 대학조직의 성과관리 모형을 개발하는 연구를 수행함에 있어 특정한 하나의 모형만을 기반으로 삼는 것이 아닌 다양한 모형의 장점을 종합한 모형을 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 넷째, 대학조직의 성과관리에 관한 연구에서 연구 주제에 맞는 연구 방법의 사용 및 문헌연구의 활발한 수행이 필요하다.

This study aims to provide implications for future research on university organizations' performance management by analyzing research trends on performance management of Korean university organizations through integrated literature review, and analyzing research contents. A total of 23 domestic academic journal papers and degree papers on the performance management of university organizations were analyzed among papers published from 2002 to 2021 by the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) of the Korea Educational Research Information Service. The overall trend of research on university organization performance management was divided into the number of research papers, research subjects, research methods, and research topics. The conclusions made based on the main research results revealed in this study are as follows. First, it is necessary to conduct research on the effectiveness of the case or developed model, along with research on the introduction of the performance management system of university organizations. Second, it is necessary to conduct a study to develop a performance management model for the entire university organization by reflecting the characteristics of the university organization. Third, in conducting research on developing a performance management model of a university organization, it is necessary to develop a model that synthesizes the advantages of various models, not based on only one specific model. Fourth, in research on the performance management of university organizations, it is necessary to use research methods suitable for research topics and to actively conduct literature research.
