최근 코로나19의 영향으로 인해 비대면 수업이 활성화되면서 블로그나 유튜브 등 온라인 매체를 기반으로 한 교사들의 활동이 활발해졌다. 교사들은 온라인 공간에 자신의 교육활동이나 행정업무, 교직에 대한 철학 등 다양한 자료들을 생산하며 공유하고 있다. 연구자는 이러한 활동이 교사의 전문성 신장에 기여할 것이라는 점에 주목하여 교사들이 운영하고 있는 블로그가 장학의 관점에서 어떻게 교사의 전문성을 신장시키는지 사례를 통해 밝히고자 하였다. 이 연구에서는 교육활동을 소재로 블로그를 운영하고 있는 5명의 교사와 면담을 실시하여 교사 블로그가 교사의 발자취를 기록해 놓은 포트폴리오와 같은 기능을 지니면서, 스스로 전문성을 개발해나가는 자기장학의 효과를 얻고 있음을 확인하였다. 교사 블로그 활동의 효과를 의사소통 능력 발달, 지식·정보 생성, 성찰을 통한 학습, 지속적 동기 부여, 일상적 수업 공유, 학습공동체 형성의 6가지로 정리하였다. 결론으로, 교사의 블로그 활동은 교사의 전문성을 신장하는데 많은 부분 기여하고 있으므로 자기장학의 한 범주로 인정받을 수 있어야 하며, 이러한 교사들의 장학문화를 더욱 발전시키기 위해 학교와 교육청은 교사들의 참여를 지원하기 위해 노력할 것을 제언하였다.
Recently, as non-face-to-face classes have been activated due to the influence of COVID-19, teachers' SNS-based activities such as blogs and YouTube have become very active. Teachers produce and share various materials in the online space, such as their educational activities, administrative works, and philosophy about education. Noting that these activities will contribute to the improvement of teachers' expertise, the researcher tried to clarify through examples how blogs operated by teachers enhance teachers' expertise from the perspective of supervision. In this study, through interviews with five teachers operating blogs on educational activities, it was confirmed that teacher blogs have some function as a portfolio that records teachers' career, and are gaining the effect of self-supervision of developing expertise on their own. By analyzing related literature and synthesizing interview results, the functions of teacher blogs are classified into record preservation, self-reflection, and data sharing, and reinterpreted from the perspective of self-supervision. In conclusion, teacher blogs should be recognized as a category of self-supervision because they contribute to enhancing teachers' professionalism, and schools and offices of education suggested that teachers should work on ways to further develop their supervision culture.
