유아교사의 긍정심리자본과 행복플로리시의 관계에서 원장 멀티플라이어십의 조절효과

The moderating effect of the director's multipliership on the relationship between positive psychological capital and flourishing of early childhood teachers

본 연구는 유아교사의 긍정심리자본이 행복플로리시에 미치는 영향에서 원장의 멀티플라 이어십이 조절효과를 갖는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 P시와 U시의 유아교사 177명 을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. SPSS 23.0과 PROCESS macro version 4.1의 Model 1 모형을 활용하여 자료 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사 의 긍정심리자본, 행복플로리시와 원장의 멀티플라이어십은 서로 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 원장의 멀티플라이어십은 유아교사의 긍정심리자본이 행복플로리 시에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아교사의 행복플로리시에 미 치는 교사의 개인적 변인과 환경적 변인을 동시에 확인함으로써 다면적 측면에서 유아교사 의 긍정심리정서를 지원하는 기초자료를 제공하였다는 데 시사점이 있다.

This study sought to find out whether the director's multipliership has a moderating effect on the impact of early childhood teachers' positive psychological capital on flourishing. To this end, a survey was conducted on 177 early childhood teachers in P and U cities. Data analysis was performed using the Model 1 model of SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS macro version 4.1. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the positive psychological capital of early childhood teachers, the flourishing and the director's multipliership. Second, it was found that the director's multi-fidelity controls the effect of early childhood teachers' positive psychological capital on flourishing. This study has implications for providing basic data to support early childhood teachers' positive psychological emotions in multiple ways by simultaneously identifying teachers' personal and environmental variables on early childhood teachers' flourishing
