초등돌봄교실 참여에 따른 사교육 참여 실태 분석

An Analysis on Participation in Private Tutoring based on Participation in After-School Caring Program

이 연구는 초등돌봄교실 참여에 따른 사교육 참여 실태를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2009년 현재 방과후학교 프로그램을 운영하고 있는 5,823개 초등학교에 재학 중인 4, 5학년 학생들을 대상으로 2006 - 2007년 동안 초등돌봄교실 프로그램에 참여한 학생과 참여하지 않았던 학생 3,300명을 표집하여 이들의 학부모를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 초동돌봄교실의 참여 경험이 없는 학생들이 돌봄교실 참여 경험이 있는 학생들보다 사교육 참여율이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze participation in private tutoring based on participation in after-school caring program. This study employed survey methods and analyzed the responses of parents of elementary school students who had been selected through the process of proportional stratified sampling. The students consisted of participants and non-participants in after-school caring programs. According to the results, the students who had not been participated in after-school caring programs were more participated in private tutoring activities.
