취업준비생의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 취업불안의 관계: 진로고정신념의 매개효과 및 계획된 우연기술의 조절된 매개효과

The Relationship between Intorelance of Uncertainty and Job-Seeking Anxiety among Unemployed Young Adults: The Mediating Effect of Career Destiny Belief and the Moderating Effect of Planned Happenstance

본 연구는 미취업 청년들의 불확실성에 따른 심리적 어려움을 중재할 수 있는 방안을 구체화하고자, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 취업불안 간 관계 내 진로 고정신념의 매개효과를 살펴보고, 이 매개효과가 계획된 우연 기술에 따라 변화하는지 탐구하였다. 전국 취업준비생 277명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하고, SPSS Macro model 4, 1과 7을 사용해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 높은 진로 고정신념을 거쳐 취업불안에 이르는 매개경로가 유의하였다. 둘째, 계획된 우연 기술 하위차원 중 위험 감수만이 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로 고정 신념 간 관계를 조절하였다. 가설과 다르게, 위험감수가 높은 집단에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로 고정신념 간 관계가 더 강해지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 취업 불안 간 관계에서 계획된 우연 기술 하위차원들의 조절된 매개 효과는 모두 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 취업 불안에 이르는 매개경로를 탐구하고, 계획된 우연 기술이 하위차원별로 영향력이 상이할 수 있음을 밝혔다는 의의가 있다. 주요 결과를 토대로 후속 연구 및 상담제언을 논하였다.

To mediate the psychological uncertainty in unemployed young adults, this study examined the mediating effect of career-fixing beliefs on the link between intolerance uncertainty (IU) and job-seeking anxiety, and to see if these mediating effects change according to planned happenstance sub-dimensions. An online self-report survey was conducted on 277 job seeker. Data was analyzed by using the SPSS Macro model(4, 1, 7). First, the mediating role of career-fixed beliefs on the link between IU and job-seeking anxiety was significant. Second, only the risk-taking dimension moderated the relationship between the IU and career-fixing beliefs. Contrary to the hypothesis, in the group with high risk-taking, the link between IU and career-fixing beliefs became stronger. Finally, the moderated mediating effect ot the planned happenstance sub-dinesions was not significant. This study finds that the impact of the planned happenstance may vary by sub-dimension. Implications for further research and practical intervention were discussed.
