본 논문에서는 실용무용 교육 시기별 키워드 분석, 실용무용 교육 동향 분석을 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위한 방법으로 빅카인즈를 통해 검색된 총 3,324건의 언론보도 기사를 최종 분석에 활용하였으며 파이썬과 빅카인즈를 이용하여 데이터 전처리 및 분석을 진행하였다. 분석된 결과를 통해 도출된 실용무용 교육의 시기별 상위 5개 핵심 키워드를 통하여 실용무용 교육의 동향은 실용무용이라는 용어가 기사에 직접적으로 사용되지 않았던 실용무용 교육 1기를 제외하고 실용무용 교육 2기부터 실용무용 교육 4기까지의 주요 키워드는 매우 유사하게 나타났으나 2기는 실용무용 학과의 개설 및 학생 모집에 중점을 둔 언론보도 자료가 주로 확인되었고, 3기에는 2기에서 나타나지 않았던 ‘대회, 개최, 청소년’ 등의 키워드가 등장하면서 실용무용학부가 포함된 교육기관에서 교내 행사를 적극적으로 개최하고 있고 이를 통해 학생들이 실용무용 교육기관의 행사에 대한 참여도가 급증하였다는 것을 확인했다. 4기에는 2기와 3기에서 등장하지 않았던 ‘운영, 꿈, 사업, 인재, 지원, 공연, 행사, 콘텐츠, 무대’ 등의 키워드가 등장한 것으로 보아 2020년대의 실용무용 교육은 단순한 강의식 교육이나 교내 행사에서 더 나아가 학위 취득 이후 학생들의 일자리 지원 및 취업에 도움이 될 수 있는 교육역량에 집중하고 있는 것으로 확인된다. 본 연구는 실용무용 교육의 흐름을 파악할 수 있는 정량적인 기초 자료를 제공하고 텍스트마이닝을 활용한 빅데이터 분석을 통해 33년간의 실용무용 교육의 주요 키워드를 시각화시켰다는 점에서 연구의 가치를 가진다.
The study was conducted for the purpose of analyzing keywords by period of practical dance education and trends in practical dance education. As a way to do this, a total of 3,324 media report articles searched through BigKines were used for the final analysis, and data preprocessing and analysis were conducted using Python and BigKines. The top five key keywords of practical dance education derived from the analysis showed that the main keywords of practical dance education were very similar, except for the first phase of practical dance education, which was not directly used in articles. In the fourth term, keywords such as 'operation, dream, business, talent, support, performance, event, content, stage' that did not appear in the second and third periods appeared, confirming that practical dance education in the 2020s is focused on educational capabilities that can help students support and find jobs after obtaining a degree. This study is valuable in that it provides quantitative basic data to understand the flow of practical dance education and visualizes major keywords of 33 years of practical dance education through big data analysis using text mining.
