교육과정에 기초한 감각탐색놀이가 영아의 놀이성에 미치는 영향

The effect of sensory exploration play based on curriculum on playfulness of infants

본 연구는 교육과정에 기초한 감각탐색놀이가 영아의 놀이성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울에 어린이집의 만 1세 영아 22명으로, 실험집단 11명과 대기집단 11명으로 구분하였다. 연구 기간은 2022년 6월부터 11월까지로 실험 집단에게는 월 2회씩 총 12회기의 감각탐색놀이가 진행되었다. 자료의 분석은 통계프로그램 SPSS 25.0 Version을 이용하여 평균 및 표준편차, 내적일관성계수, 독립표본 t검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 교육과정에 기초한 감각탐색놀이는 영아의 놀이성에 영향을 주었다. 특히, 놀이성의 하위요인 중 사회적 자발성, 인지적 자발성, 즐거움의 표현에서 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 놀이중심 교육과정에 기초한 감각탐색놀이는 영아의 놀이성에 의미 있는 놀이임을 시사하고 있다.

This study investigates the effect of sensory exploration play based on a curriculum on the playfulness of infants. The study involved 22 one-year-old infants from daycare centers in Seoul, and 11 in the experimental group and 11 in the control group. The study was conducted between June and November 2022, with a total of 12 sensory exploration games conducted twice a month for the experimental group. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation, internal consistency coefficient, and independent sample t-test through the statistical program SPSS 25.0 Version. Results show that sensory exploration play based on a play-oriented curriculum had a significant effect on infants' playfulness, particularly in the sub-factors of social spontaneity, cognitive spontaneity, and enjoyment. These findings suggest that sensory exploration play based on a play-oriented curriculum is a meaningful activity for enhancing infants' playfulness.
