청소년 자살예방 정책의 현재와 미래에 관한 탐색적 연구: 주제범위 문헌고찰

The Explorative Study on Present and Future of Youth Suicide Prevention Policy: A Scoping Review

본 연구의 목적은 주제범위 문헌 고찰을 통해 청소년 자살예방 정책 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 주제범위 문헌 고찰을 위해 2005년부터 2021년까지 국내에서 발간된 보고서와 논문을 전자 데이터베이스에서 조사하여 14편의 문헌을 추출하였다. 대부분 문헌은 자살률이나 담당 부서에 대한 실태조사, 자살 변인, 정책 제안, 문제점을 포함하고 있었다. 본 연구는 문헌의 구성적인 특성과 변화의 추이를 살펴보았고 그것을 토대로 앞으로 나아가야 할 정책 방향을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 청소년 자살예방을 위해 정부의 지속적이고 강력한 추진을 바탕으로 청소년 중심의 정책이 개발되어야 한다고 본다. 정책에는 효과적인 원스톱 개입, 자살예방 교육, 부모의 협조가 포함될 것을 제안한다.

The goal of this study is to provide recommendations for the direction of legislation aimed at preventing youth suicide. The scoping review method was used in this study. Electronic databases were used to conduct a search of literature from 2005 to 2021. There were 14 publications total. The four topics covered in the majority of studies were the current situation in terms of the suicide rate or departments, the causes of suicide, policy ideas, and contentious issues. The government should actively and persistently work to prevent youth suicide. Additionally, a strategy targeted on youths should be created using a successful one-stop intervention, suicide prevention awareness campaigns, and parental support.
