변증법적 행동치료의 국내 연구에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰

A Systematic Literature Review on the Domestic Research of Dialectical Behavior Therapy

본 연구에서는 변증법적 행동치료에 관한 국내 연구를 통합적으로 고찰하기 위해 2012년부터 2023년 6월까지의 국내 학술논문과 학위논문을 분석하였고, 그 결과 총 15편을 선정하였다. 분석은 발행 연도, 연구대상, 연구의 중재적 특성을 기준으로 진행되었다. 연도별 추이를 분석한 결과 2021년부터 2023년 6월까지 보고된 연구는 전체의 53.3%에 해당하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구대상은 대학생을 포함한 성인이 80%를 차지하여 가장 높은 비율을 보였으나 청소년 대상 연구는 13.3%로 다소 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 국내에서 발표된 대부분의 변증법적 행동치료 관련 연구는 치료 기법을 기반으로 프로그램을 개발하거나 혼합 적용한 프로그램의 효과를 검증하는 방식으로 진행되었고 무작위 대조실험 설계를 가장 많은 연구에서 활용하였다. 본 연구는 변증법적 행동치료의 국내 연구를 통합적으로 고찰했다는 점에서 의의를 지니며 이러한 연구 결과는 향후의 변증법적 행동치료 연구를 위한 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to provide a systematic literature review of domestic research on dialectical behavior therapy published from 2012 to 2023. A total of 15 journals and dissertations in Korea were selected for the review. As a result of reviewing the annual trends, it was found that 53.3% of the studies reported from 2021 to June 2023. Adults, including college students, accounted for 80% of the study subjects, showing the highest rate, but studies on adolescents were somewhat low at 13.3%. Most of the studies published in Korea were conducted by designing or modifying programs to verify their effectiveness, and in the most studies, studies were designed as randomized control tests. This study is meaningful in that it comprehensively analyzed domestic research on dialectical behavioral therapy, and the results are expected to be used as a basis for future research.
