상담심리 연구의 혼합연구 방법에 대한 동향 분석

Trend Analysis of Mixed Research Methods in Counseling Psychological Research

본 연구는 상담심리 관련 혼합연구 방법을 적용한 연구물들을 대상으로 하여 동향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 혼합연구 방법을 적용한 관련 연구와 혼합연구 방법 동향 분석의 선행연구를 고찰한 후, 상담심리관련 혼합연구 방법의 동향 분석을 위한 기준을 구상하고 그 기준에 따라 분석하였다. 2013년부터 2022년 6월까지 국내 학술지를 중심으로 혼합연구 총 51편을 선정하였고, 분석기준은 연도별, 연구영역별, 연구 대상별, 혼합연구의 설계이유와 활용목적, 혼합연구의 설계방식 등이다. 분석 결과, 연도별로 꾸준한 증가추세를 보이고 연구영역별로 일반 심리상담의 논문이 16편으로 가장 많았고, 연구 대상별로 성인기가 가장 높은 비율을 차지하였다. 혼합연구 설계이유와 활용목적을 제시한 논문 비율은 85%와 80%로 나타났고, 설계방식으로 동시적 내재 설계가 49%, 순차적 탐구설계가 39%로 나타났다. 본 연구는 상담심리 분야에서 혼합연구 방법이 꾸준히 적용되고 발전하고 있음을 살펴보았다는 데 의의가 있으며, 이에 기초 자료로 활용되어 상담심리 연구 분야에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of studies applying mixed research methods related to counseling psychology. As a result of selecting and analyzing a total of 51 mixed studies from 2013 to 2022, there is an increasing trend by year, and the number of papers on general psychological counseling by research area was the highest at 16, and by research subject, adulthood showed the highest rate. The ratio of the papers presenting the reason for the design of the mixed study and the purpose of utilization were 85% and 80.0%, respectively, and the simultaneous internal design was identified as 49% and the sequential inquiry design as 39%. This study is meaningful in that it has examined the steady application and development of mixed research methods in the field of counseling psychology, and it is expected to be used as basic data to help the field of counseling psychology research.
