메타분석을 통한 에니어그램 부모교육 프로그램의 효과성 연구

A Study on the Effects of Enneagram Parent Education Program through Meta-Analysis

본 연구의 목적은 메타분석을 통해 국내 에니어그램 부모교육 프로그램을 분석하여 에니어그램 프로그램 연구의 기초자료 및 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선정기준(PICOS)을 설계하여, 국내 학술논문과 학위논문 중 총 8건을 분석 대상으로 선정한 뒤 논문의 기초 정보, 연구 및 실험에 관한 정보, 특이사항 등을 분류하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 에니어그램 부모교육 프로그램의 전체 효과 크기는 0.40으로 중간에 가까운 효과 크기가 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정적 양육태도의 효과 크기가 0.42로 부정적 양육태도의 효과 크기 0.29 보다 높은 효과 크기가 나타났다. 셋째, 양육 스트레스 대처 효과 크기는 0.72로 큰 효과 크기에 근접한 값이 나타났다. 넷째, 자아 관련 변인의 효과 크기는 0.52가 나와 중간 정도의 효과가 있음이 나타났다. 각각의 효과 크기의 분석을 통하여 에니어그램 부모교육 프로그램은 부모들의 긍정적 양육태도 함양, 양육 스트레스 대처, 자아 관련 변인의 심리적 상태 개선에 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 에니어그램 부모교육 프로그램의 효과적인 수행을 위하여 의미 있는 자료로 활용될 것이다. 논의 및 결론을 근거로 본 연구의 한계점을 밝히고, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data and implications for the study of the enneagram program by analyzing the domestic enneagram parent education program through meta-analysis. To this end, the selection criteria (PICOS) was designed, a total of eight domestic academic papers and degree papers were selected as analysis targets, and basic information on research and experiments, and specific matters were classified and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, the total effect size of the parent enneagram education program was 0.40, showing an effect size close to the middle. Second, the effect size of the positive parenting attitude was 0.42, which was higher than the effect size of the negative parenting attitude of 0.29. Third, the effect size of coping with parenting stress was 0.72, which was close to the large effect size. Fourth, the effect size of the self-related variable was 0.52, indicating that it had an intermediate effect. Through the analysis of each effect size, it was confirmed that the enneagram parent education program is effective in cultivating parents' positive parenting attitudes, coping with parenting stress, and improving the psychological state of self-related variables. The results of this study will be used as meaningful data for the effective implementation of the enneagram parent education program. Based on the discussions and conclusions, the limitations of this study were clarified, and suggestions were made for follow-up studies.
