치료놀이와 부모-아동 상호작용치료의 기술을 적용한 예비부모교육 프로그램의 구성

A Study on the Composition of Pre-parent Education Program through theraplay and Skills of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy

본 연구는 대학생을 위한 예비부모교육 프로그램을 구성한 연구로서, 건강한 부모-자녀 관계를 모델로 한 치료놀이(Theraplay)와 부모-아동 상호작용 치료(PCIT) 기법을 이론적 틀로 예비부모교육 프로그램을 구성하였다. 인간 생애 초기의 건강한 부모-자녀 상호작용을 모델로 개발된 치료놀이는 건강하고 안정된 애착을 증진할 수 있는 상호작용 기술을 배울 수 있는 모델이다. 또한 PCIT는 효율적이고 권위 있는 부모가 되기 위해 일관적인 훈육 기술을 배울 수 있는 좋은 예비부모교육 모델로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건강한 초기 모-아 관계의 재형성과 동시에 타인에 대한 신뢰감을 증진시켜주는 치료놀이 과정을 통해, 궁극적으로 건강한 부모-자녀 관계 증진을 위해 개발된 모-아 치료놀이 프로그램(이상희, 2003)을 예비부모교육 프로그램으로 적용한 이상희(2009)연구를 확대한 연구로서, 특히 애착이론과 사회학습이론을 바탕으로 두고 개발된 근거기반 중재 프로그램인, PCIT를 접목하여, 애착과 훈육을 통합한 보다 건강한 예비부모를 위한 교육 프로그램을 구성하는데 이론적 기초를 확립하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a pre-parent education program for undergraduate students. It is the basis for preparing theraplay and mature parenting modeled on healthy parent - child relationship, PCIT(parent-child interaction therapy) skill as a theoretical framework. Theraplay, modeled on early healthy parental child interaction, is a model for learning interaction skills that can promote healthy and secure attachment. In addition, interpersonal skills that can make an effective relationship in relation to others, and learning skills to understand and control their own feelings are also considered to be the first steps toward becoming good parents. Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) was developed by Dr Eyberg of the United States as a treatment for dealing with the destructive behavior problems of young children. The purpose of this study is to establish a theoretical basis for constructing a healthy pre-parent education program by expanding the research (Lee, 2009) applying the moter-child theraplay program (Lee, 2003).
