이혼가정 미술치료 연구 동향 분석 - 2017년~2021년 국내 연구를 중심으로 -

Analysis of Research Trends in Art Therapy for Divorced Family - Focused on domestic research from 2017 to 2021 -

본 연구의 목적은 2017년부터 2021년까지 국내에서 발표된 이혼가정 미술치료 연구 동향을 분석하여 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 국내 학술지와 학위 논문 총 22편을 분석 대상으로 선정하였으며, 분석 틀에 근거하여 연도별, 연구 대상별, 연구 주제별, 연구 방법별, 중재 환경을 중심으로 논의하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 2017년에 미술치료 연구가 40.9%로 2016년까지의 연구에 비해 높은 비율을 보였다. 둘째, 연구 대상은 아동이 81%, 주 양육자는 부(父), 이혼 후 기간은 5년 이상 6년 이하인 31.8%로 높았다. 셋째, 연구 주제는 심리 및 정서 관련 연구가 37.1%로 많았다. 넷째, 연구 방법은 사례연구가 95.5%, 측정 도구는 정서 및 행동을 평가하는 척도 검사가 33.3%, 투사검사는 집·나무·사람(HTP)이 10.4%의 비율로 사용되었다. 다섯째, 중재 환경은 치료 기간이 6개월 이상 12개월 미만, 주 1회, 진행 시간은 40분 이상 60분 이하, 치료 회기는 16회기 이상 20회기 이하, 치료 형태는 개인 치료가 59.1%로 가장 많았다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 이루어질 이혼가정을 위한 미술치료 연구 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze and examine the research trends of art therapy for divorced families published in Korea from 2017 to 2021. A total of 22 domestic journals and dissertations were selected for the analysis, and the discussions were addressed following by year, subject, topic, method, and intervention environment which were based on the analysis framework. The result of the analysis as follows. First, the researches on art therapy in 2017 was 40.9%, which was higher than those in 2016. Second, the objects of the analysis were children (81%), the main nurturer was his or her father, and the period of divorce was high (31.8%) over 5 and below 6 years. Third, the subjects relating to psychological and emotional research was 37.1%. Fourth, the case studies was 95.5% for research method, the scale tests which values emotion and behaviors was 33.3% for evaluation tool, and HTP(House-Tree-Person Test was 10.4% for projection test. Finally, as for the intervention environment, the treatment period was over 6 under 12months, once a week, the duration time over 40mins under 60mins, the sessions over 16 under 20 sessions, and the individual treatment was the highest (59.1%) for therapy method. Based on this analysis, this paper anticipates to provide implications for the future research of art therapy for divorced families.
