말소리장애 아동의 말 산출 능력 향상을 위한 음성인식 어플리케이션 개발

Development of Application Using the Voice Recognition Technology for Improving Speech Production Skills of Children with Speech Sound Disorders

국내에서는 스마트 미디어 사회의 도래로 스마트 기기의 보급률이 높아졌으며, 스마트 기기와 결합하는 응용 프로그램인 어플리케이션에 대한 수요와 공급이 늘어나고 있다. 언어치료 분야에서도 어플리케이션을 활용한 언어치료에 대한 관심이 증대하였으며, 전문적인 콘텐츠와 기술력이 결합된 장애 아동 맞춤형의 어플리케이션에 대한 수요도 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 언어병리학적 지식을 기반한 콘텐츠와 음성인식 기술이 결합하여 말소리장애 아동의 말 산출 능력 향상을 위해서 개발한 어플리케이션에 대해서 보고하고자 한다.

Smart devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs have been rapidly becoming mainstream in Korea, and the supply and demand of applications has been increasing. Speech-language pathologists and their parents have been communicating an increased need for applications for children with communication difficulties. We developed an application using voice recognition technology to help improving speech production skills in children with speech sound disorders. The contents of the application were developed based on the knowledge and experiences o experienced speech-language pathologists. This study expands the body of knowledge related to developing applications for speech-language therapy that helps children with communication disorders.
