AAC 기기 활용 중재서비스를 위한 요구 및 인식 연구

Study on Perception and Need of Intervention Service Using Augmentative and Alternative Communication Device

배경 및 목적: 본 연구는 복지부 지역사회서비스의 일환으로 시행을 준비 중인 ‘AAC 기기 활용을 위한 중재 서비스’에 대한 현장의 인식 및 요구를 조사하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 방법: 설문조사를 통한 양적 연구를 진행하였다. 결과: 응답자는 치료실 대표가 많았고, AAC에 대해 들어 본 경험이 부족하거나 알고 있더라도 잘 모르는 경우가 대부분이었다. 그러나 AAC 중재서비스에 대한 요구가 높게 나타났고 재교육에 대한 응답이 높게 나타났다. 결론: 현장에 AAC 기기 활용을 위한 중재서비스에 대한 요구는 높게 나타났으나 이를 위해서는 AAC 전문가로서 양성될 수 있는 재교육이 반드시 고려되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 재교육에는 AAC 기기에 대한 최근 동향과 진단평가 및 중재에 대한 교육의 요구가 높게 나타났다. 이에 대해 논의 및 제언을 제시하였다.

Background and Objectives: This study investigates the perception and needs of intervention services for AAC devices in preparation for implementation, as part of the Ministry of Welfare’s social services program. Methods: Quantitative research was conducted through questionnaires. Results: The respondents were the majority of the treatment room representatives, and most of them did not know whether they had heard about AAC. However, there was a high demand for AAC intervention services and a high response rate to retraining. Conclusions: There was a high demand for intervention services for the use of AAC devices in the field. Retraining as an AAC expert should also be considered. The recent trends in AAC devices and the need for training in diagnosis evaluation and intervention were high for reeducation. Discussions and suggestions are presented.
