보완대체의사소통 기기 활용 중재서비스 전달 모형의 적용 효과에 대한 연구

A Study on the Application Effect of Service Delivery Model of Augmentative and Alternative Communication Intervention

배경 및 목적: 보완대체의사소통은 전 생애 동안 지원되어야 하는 의사소통 체계이다. 이에 정부 차원에서 AAC 중재서비스를 구축하여 제공할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 보완대체의사소통 기기 활용 중재서비스 모델을 개발하여 시범사업으로 적용한 후, 그 효과성을 검증하는 것이었다. 방법: 본 연구는 서비스 기준에 해당하였던 26 명을 연구대상으로 하였고, 연구 설계는 단일집단 사전-사후 설계로 진행되었다. 결과: 본 연구결과 다음에서 본 연구의 서비스 모델이 사전에 비하여 사후에 증가하여 효과적으로 나타났다. 첫째, 부모-아동 간 상호작용, 둘째, 의사소통 행동의 발생 횟수, 셋째, 사용한 어휘의 개수 등. 결론: 향후 연구 성과를 토대로 활용 방안 및 시사점을 제언하였다.

Background and Objectives: Augmentative and alternative communication is a communication system that should be entirely supported. Hence, it is essential to establish and provide AAC arbitration service at the government level. The objective of this study is to develop an intervention service model through complementary and alternative communication devices and to implement it as a pilot project to verify its effectiveness. Methods: This study involved 26 subjects who had fulfilled the service criteria. The study design applied was the single group pre-post design. Results: The study results indicates that the study’s service model is effective following the post-test. The post-tests include: parent-child interaction, the number of communication behaviors, the number of vocabularies used. Conclusions: Based on the results of the study, practical suggestions and recommendations were made.
