본 연구는 예비체육교사교육에서 교수능력 평가도구를 활용하여 예비체육교사의 교수능력 수준을 확인하고, 교사평가 교육의 필요성과 효율적인 운영 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구참여자는 행복대학교 체육교육과에 재학중이며 체육교수법 강좌를 수강하고 있는 예비교사 3학년 21명을 선정하였다. 그리고 예비교사의 수업시연 영상자료를 분석한 교수평가도구 기록지를 수집하였다. 자료분석을 위해 예비교사의 수업시연 평가 결과에 대한 기술통계량을 분석하여 수업의 진행단계에 따른 교수능력 수준을 확인하고, 평가자간 일치도는 급내상관계수(Intra Correlation Coefficient; ICC)를 통해 확인하였다. 연구결과, 1.수업준비 단계– 학습환경조성(4.39), 2.도입단계– 상규적활동(4.21),학습목표 및 과제제시(3.88), 3.전개단계– 수업전략(3.81), 관찰 및 상호작용(3.82), 학습환경유지(3.89), 4.정리단계- 상규적활동(3.92), 요약 및 평가(4.0)의 결과를 보여주었다. 그러나 예비교사의 평가자간 신뢰도는 0.118~0.648로 낮았다. 그리고 현직 체육교사의 교수능력을 평가한 선행연구의 결과와 비교하였을 때, 예비교사의 교수능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 예비교사의 평가도구 사용 결과는 신뢰하기 어렵다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해, 예비교사의 교사평가 역량을 높이기 위한 교육과 기본적인 교수능력 함양을 위한 교육의 필요성을 제안하였다.
The purpose of this study is to confirm the level of teaching ability of pre-service physical education teachers, and to suggest the necessity of teacher evaluation education and effective management plans. Twenty-one 3rd grade preservice teachers who are enrolled in the Department of Physical Education at Happiness University and are taking physical education teaching methods were selected as participants in the study. In addition, the instructional evaluation tool record sheet that analyzed the video data of the pre-service teacher's class demonstration was collected. For data analysis, descriptive statistics on the evaluation results of pre-service teachers' class demonstrations were analyzed to confirm the level of teaching ability according to the progress of the class, and the degree of agreement between raters was confirmed through the intra-class correlation coefficient(ICC). Research results, 1. Class preparation stage – creation of learning environment(4.39), 2. Introduction stage – regular activities(4.21), presentation of learning goals and tasks(3.88), 3. development stage – class strategy(3.81), observation and The results of interaction (3.82), maintenance of the learning environment(3.89), 4. organizing stage - regular activities(3.92), and summary and evaluation(4.0) were shown. However, the inter-rater reliability of preservice teachers was low at 0.118 to 0.648. And when compared with the results of previous studies that evaluated the teaching ability of incumbent physical education teachers, the teaching ability of preservice teachers was found to be high. Accordingly, it was confirmed that the results of preservice teachers' use of assessment tools are difficult to trust. In the discussion, the necessity of education was suggested about education to enhance the teacher evaluation competency of preservice teachers and the cultivation of basic teaching skills.
