이 글에서는 연구목표가‘교육프로그램 개발과 일반화’인 실행연구(action research)설계에서의 고려사항들을 논의하였다. 우선 새로운 교육프로그램 개발의 과정 중 1차 프로그램 개발(수업디자인)의 단계에서 중요하게 고려해야 할 사항에 대해서 논의하였다. 또한, 교육프로그램 개발/개선을 목표로 하는 실행연구를 할 때 커다란 시너지효과를 얻을 수 있는 액션러닝(action learning)과 연계시킨 실행연구에서의 고려사항들을 구체적인 연구사례와 함께 제시하였다. 다음에는 현장 적용 단계의 연구설계 시 고려할 사항들과 프로그램 개발을 목표로 하는 교육실행 연구에 알맞은 주기/기간, 그리고 하나의 프로그램을 여러 교과목/상황에 적용할 수 있다는 점을 살펴보았다.

Lastly, the paper discusses the appropriate cycle/duration of action research for educational program development and explores the possibility of applying one program to multiple subjects or circumstances.
