국내 에니어그램 프로그램 분석 : 에니어그램 교육, 영성, 상담 프로그램을 중심으로

Enneagram Program Analysis in South Korea : Focused on Enneagram Education, Spirituality, Counseling Program

본 연구는 현대인들의 행복한 삶에 있어서 중요한 요소인 심리적 건강과 대인관계의 개선을 위한 방법으로 알아차림 명상과 에니어그램의 통합 프로그램을 구성하기 위해 국내 에니어그램 프로그램을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 설정한 연구문제는 국내 에니어그램 프로그램의 특성은 무엇인가? 이다. 이 연구문제를 해결하기 위한 연구방법론으로는 문헌연구를 적용하였다. 연구문제에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 알아차림 명상과 에니어그램의 통합 프로그램을 구성하기 위해서는 개념적인 분석뿐만이 아닌 국내에서 실제 운영중인 에니어그램 프로그램의 이론과 워크숍에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 교육, 상담, 영성 분야의 국내 에니어그램 프로그램을 선정하여 분석을 진행하였다. 분석을 통해 국내 에니어그램 프로그램에 대한 동향파악을 할 수 있었으며 각 분야별 에니어그램 이론, 프로그램 구성, 워크숍의 특징을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 에니어그램 이론과 워크숍분석 결과를 근거로 통합 프로그램 구성에 중요한 세 가지 정보를 얻었다. 그것은 바로 ‘자신의 기본 유형 찾기’, ‘어린시절’, ‘성장(의식성찰)’이다.

Purpose: The purpose of research is to analyze the characteristics of Enneagram program in Korea for integration of Mindfulness Meditation and Enneagram. Methods: Literature research is chosen as the research methodology. Result: It is not only necessary to analysis in conceptual but also analysis Enneagram program theory and workshops in Korea for develop integrated program of Mindfulness Meditation and Enneagram. Therefore, in this study, the three Enneagram programs from education, counseling and spirituality field was selected and analyzed. Through this analysis, it was able to identify trends in Enneagram program in korea and identify the characteristics of Enneagram theory, program composition, and workshop in each fields. Conclusion: Based on the results of Enneagram theory and workshop analysis, it was obtained three important pieces of information for integrated program. They are 'find basic type', 'childhood' and 'growth'.
