The Effect of Mindfulness Meditation and Enneagram Integrated Program to Reduce Office Worker’s Stress Level

Purpose: The purpose of research, first, figure out the importance of Mindful Attention Awareness to reduce office worker`s stress; second, identify effectiveness of Mindfulness Meditation and Enneagram integrated program. Methods: compare analysis the result of Mindful Attention Awareness Scale test and job stress test for 103 participants who has been participated meditation camp to manage stress level. Then compare the result of same test for 14 participants who accepted post-test after 2 months later. Results: Identified if Mindful Attention Awareness Scale is low, Job stress scale is high, but Mindful Attention Awareness Scale is high, Job stress scale is low. And it confirmed that 11 out of 14 participants job stress reduced as a result of pretest-posttest analysis. Conclusion: It confirmed that is effective the Mindfulness Meditation and Enneagram integrated program for stress reduction of office worker.
