We could say that the alaya-vijnana doctrine of the Yogacara School is internalization of infinite outside world into the inner mind. Infinite outside world is understanding on dharma, and it is related directly with bhajana- loka. Body: The Yogacarabhumi-sastra, taking interest in bhajana-loka, defines that outside bhajana-loka has some connection with dhyana, or meditation. We could say that the matching dhyana which dig deep into inner mind with the breaking of outside world shows an inseparable relation of inside-outside of the mind. Also the Yogacarabhumi-sastra defines that outside world is wider and better form of the alaya-vijnana than one by atma-bija of the alaya-vijnana. So dhatu-prabheda-smrti which is a meditation that accept outside world as it is, is able to be a basis of mind healing. dhatu-prabheda-smrti of the Yogacarabhumi-sastra is acceptance, or adhimoksa of infinite forms of nature made by 5 elements (earth, water, fire, wind, space). dhatu-prabheda-smrti is not samatha and vipasyana only to inner mind, also to outside world. Conclusion: The power of samatha and vipasyana to outside world, and one of outside world itself enable mind to accept attributes of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, so different elements of nature are able to be good mind healing ones.
