Purpose: This study aims to understand the symptoms of pubic speaking anxiety of a woman with the traumatic experience in her childhood, inquire into its causes, and study how breathing meditation and reflected image meditation based on meditation counseling can reduce the symptoms and make changes. Methods: It is intended to reduce the symptoms of public speaking anxiety through meditation counseling such as breathing meditation, mindfulness meditation, and reflected image meditation. Results: Through the breathing meditation, she was able to sense the feelings of her body when she is anxious. Mindfulness meditation enabled her to understand her feelings, thoughts, and desires, staying there and observing them, and reflected image meditation made her re-experience and gave her insight unsolved cases in her childhood. Discussion: This study shares similar results with other studies such as that cognitive behavior group therapy combined with mindfulness meditation reduced public speaking anxiety. Conclusion: There is a high possibility that the effect relationship between her fosterer in her childhood caused the pubic speaking anxiety.
