Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing burnout of nurses working in a COVID-19 speci-alized hospitals. Methods: A descriptive study design was used. Participants were 139 nurses working in three COVID-19 specialized hospitals in D city, Chungnam and Chungbuk province. Data were collected was performed from August 27 to December 31, 2020. Collected date were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression using the SPSS 26.0 WIN program. Results: Factors affecting burnout were total work ex-perience(year)(β=-.29, p=.028), perceived stress(β=.41, p<.001), resilience(β=-.32, p<.001). The total explanatory power of this model was 55%. Conclusion: The findings indicate that depending on clinical work experience of nurses, tailored burnout prevention programs are required. In addition, practical organizational support from medical institutions and the government, along with specific measures to alleviate perceived stress and increase resilience resources for nurses in dedicated COVID-19 specialized hospitals, are need to prevent the burnout of nurses working in such environments.
