Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the major keywords, topics and trends in domestic research related to Integrated Nursing Care Service(INCS) using text network analysis and topic modeling. Methods: The study was con-ducted using the following five steps; (1) Collecting abstracts, (2) Text preprocessing in NetMiner 4. (3) Building a co-occurrence matrix (4) Analyzing the structure of the network, and (5) Clustering topic groups. From 2013 to 2021, 154 studies related to INCS were collected from the Korea Citation Index (KCI) database. Results: The core keywords with the highest degree centrality and betweenness centrality were ‘nurse’, ‘patient’, ‘hospital’, ‘satisfaction’, ‘job’, and ‘care’. In addition, the five topics derived from topic modeling considering the coherence score were ‘infra of INCS’, ‘nursing workforce’, ‘INCS’, ‘quality management of INCS’ and ‘experience of INCS’. Conclusion: This study provides the research trends for INCS. The findings of this study could be used to improve INCS and the stability of the services provided.
