장애인직업재활시설의 사회적 가치에 대한 종사자의 주관적 인식 연구

A Study on the Subjective Perception of the Workers On the Social Value of Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities for the Disabled

본 연구는 장애인직업재활시설의 사회적 가치에 대한 종사자의 주관적 인식을 탐색하여 유형화하고, 그 유형별 특성을 밝히려고 시도되었다. 이를 위해 가치발견에 유용한 Q방법론을 활용하였으며 서울 및 경기도 장애인직업재활시설 종사자 34명을 연구대상자로 선정하여 조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 장애인직업재활시설의 사회적 가치에 대한 종사자들의 인식유형은 ‘노동권 보장 추구형’, ‘사회통합을 위한 서비스 제공 추구형’, ‘사회보장 추구형’의 세 유형으로 분류, 정리되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 우리나라에서 장애인직업재활시설의 사회적 가치와 이를 현실화하는 노력이 필요한 현시점에 사회적 가치에 대한 개념화 작업과 장애인직업재활시설의 운영과 관련하여 모든 가치의 준거점이 사회적 가치가 되어야 한다는 시사점을 도출하였다.

This study attempted to categorize the subjective perception of workers on the social value of vocational rehabilitation facilities for the disabled and to identify the characteristics of each type. To this end, the Q methodology was used, 30 items extracted through literature review and in-depth interviews were set as Q samples, and 34 workers at vocational rehabilitation facilities for the disabled in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were selected as P samples. As a result of the analysis, the types of workers' perception on the social value of vocational rehabilitation facilities for the disabled were classified and organized into three types: 'the pursuit of labor rights', 'the pursuit of service for social integration', and 'the pursuit of social security'. Based on these results, important basic data were provided to help develop services or policies, improve systems to realize social values, and conceptualize social values of vocational rehabilitation facilities for the disabled in Korean society.
