상상력학습을 적용한 다문화 교육프로그램 평가 루브릭 개발 연구: 다문화 감수성 증진을 중심으로

다문화 교육은 나의 문화를 이해하고, 타문화를 존중하고 공감하는 과정을 통해 사회의 구성원으로 나아갈 수 있게 도와주는 중요한 교육이다. 현재 박물관 및 비형식 기관에서 다양한 다문화 교육이 진행되고 있지만, 상상력학습을 적용한 다문화 교육은 많이 볼 수 없다. 상상력학습을 학습 방법으로 적용한다면, 다문화 교육을 체계적이고 전략적으로 진행할 수 있고, 다문화 감수성을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 다문화 감수성을 증진할 수 있는 학습 방법으로 상상력학습을 선택하고 이 둘 간의 연관성과 타당성을 알아보고자 한다. 또한 박물관 및 비형식 기관에 종사하는 교수자가 다문화 감수성을 증진하려는 목적으로 상상력학습을 학습 방법으로 적용해 교육프로그램을 개발할 때 프로그램 설계에 도움을 줄 수 있는 평가 루브릭을 개발 것을 목적으로 하였다.

Multicultural education is an important education that helps you to understand your culture, respect and sympathize with other cultures, and move forward as a member of society. Currently, various multicultural education is being conducted in museums and non-formal institutions, but there are not many multicultural education applying imagination learning. If imagination learning is applied as a learning method, multicultural education can be conducted systematically and strategically, and multicultural sensitivity can be increased. This study aims to find out the relationship and validity of imagination learning and multicultural sensitivity as a learning method that can improve multicultural sensitivity. It also aimed to develop an evaluation rubric to help design programs when instructors in museums and informal institutions developed educational programs by applying imagination learning as a learning method to promote multicultural sensitivity.
