텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용한 국내 음악교육 연구 동향 분석: 4차 산업혁명이 음악교육 분야에 미친 영향을 중심으로

Analysis of Domestic Music Education Research Trends Using Text Mining: Focused on the Impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on Music Education

본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명이 음악교육 분야에 미친 영향을 해당 분야의 연구 동향 분석을 통해 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에서 ‘4차 산업혁명’ ‘인공지능’, ‘빅데이터’, ‘가상현실’, ‘증강현실’, ‘딥러닝’ 등의 키워드로 추출된 논문들의 제목, 초록 및 주제어를 수집하여 키워드 분석, 네트워크 중심성 분석, LDA 토픽모델링 등의 텍스트마이닝 분석을 수행하였다. 도출된 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, TF, TF-IDF에서는 각각 ‘인공지능’과 ‘음악’이 가장 영향력 있는 키워드로 조사되었고 최다 동시출현 키워드의 조합은 ‘프로그램-개발’이었다. 둘째, 중심성 분석에서는 ‘음악’, ‘교육’, ‘인공지능’의 키워드들이 거의 비슷한 중요도를 지니는 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, LDA 토픽모델링을 통해 추출된 3개의 토픽은 각각 인공지능 활용 음악교육 프로그램과 컨텐츠 개발, 인공지능 플랫폼기술 및 이와 관련한 음악교육의 미래 방향성 등의 주제로 분류되었다. 향후 다양한 4차 산업혁명 기반 기술의 현장교육적 적용 및 효과성에 관한 연구 수행이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on music education by analyzing research trends in the field. To this end, we extracted research papers from the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) using keywords such as 'Fourth Industrial Revolution,' 'Artificial Intelligence,' 'Big Data,' 'Virtual Reality,' 'Augmented Reality,' and 'Deep Learning.' After collecting the titles, abstracts, and keywords of these papers, we performed text-mining analyses, including keyword analysis, network centrality analysis, and LDA topic modeling. The results of this study are as follows: First, in the TF and TF-IDF analyses, 'Artificial Intelligence' and 'Music' were identified as the most influential keywords, and 'Program-Development' emerged as the most frequently co-occurring keyword combination. Second, the centrality analysis revealed that the keywords 'Music,' 'Education,' and 'Artificial Intelligence' had nearly equal importance. Third, the topics extracted through LDA topic modeling included subjects such as AI-based music education programs, content development, and the future direction of music education in relation to AI platform technologies.Further research is needed to explore the measures and effectiveness of practical applications that link various technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution with teaching and learning.
