소외지역 교육 양극화 해소를 위한 에듀테크 지원 방안 탐색 : 교육기부를 중심으로

A Study on the Use of EduTech to Solve Polarization of Education in Underprivileged Areas : focused on educational donations

본 연구는 에듀테크를 교육 기부에 적극적으로 활용하여 소외지역 청소년들의 교육 양극화 해소와공교육에 대한 기여를 통하여 창의역량 개발을 지원하기 위한 다양한 교육 프로그램의 적용 가능성확대에 목적이 있다. 인적·물적 자원이 풍부한 기관/업, 개인 등의 적극적인 활용을 위해 교육 기부에듀테크와 관련된 선행연구의 운영사례를 고찰하고 소외지역 지원방안을 통하여 교육 양극화 해소방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 교육 양극화 해소를 위한 에듀테크 지원으로 인프라 지원, 프로그램지원, 행·재정 지원 영역으로 구분하여 제시하고, 교육 기부 수혜자, 기부자, 학교와 교사에 대한 주체별 기대효과를 제안하였다. 소외지역의 교육 양극화 해소를 위한 교육 기부 프로그램 운영 방안으로 ① 에듀테크에 대한 최적화된 교육 환경 개선 ② 에듀테크 확대에 따른 디지털 윤리 강화 ③ 체험형 에듀테크 교육 기부 프로그램의 확대 ④ 학생 맞춤형 프로그램 운영 ⑤ 교육기부 데이터 기반의 질 관리의 중요성을 제안하였다. 연구 결과는 교육 양극화가 심화되는 현시점에서 교육기부를 매개로 에듀테크 지원방안을 탐색하고 교육의 질 제고를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore ways to support EduTech, focusing on educational donations in underprivileged areas. We have come up with measures to support underprivileged areas by considering prior research and cases related to educational donations and EduTech. The following are ways to use EduTech to resolve the polarization of education in underprivileged areas. The first is infrastructure support, Second, program support, Third, along with administrative and financial support, we presented the need for expected effects on educational donation recipients, donors, schools and teachers. In addition, as a way to revitalize education for donations and build an EduTech environment to foster creativity in remote areas, we propose the importance of data quality management based on educational donations. This study is meaningful in that it suggested ways to use EduTech, focusing on educational donations for the development of creative capabilities of underprivileged school teenagers, and proposed perspectives and measures to resolve educational polarization.
