발달장애아동 어머니의 불안애착과 양육스트레스의 관계에서 거부적 양육태도와 장애수용의 매개효과

The Mediating Effects of Rejective Parenting Attitude and Acceptance of Disability on the Relationship between Anxious Attachment and Parenting Stress in Mothers of Child with Developmental Disabilities

본 연구는 발달장애아동 어머니의 불안애착과 양육스트레스의 관계에서 거부적 양육태도와 장애수용의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 발달장애아동을 둔 어머니 127명을 대상으로 성인애착척도, 양육태도척도, 장애수용척도, 양육스트레스척도를 실시한 후, 성실히 응답하지 않은 설문 18부를 제외한 109명의 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 SPSS를 활용하여 기초통계분석을 시행하였고, AMOS를 활용하여 구조방정식모형의 검증과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 불안애착은 거부적 양육태도와 양육스트레스에 정적으로 유의하였고, 거부적 양육태도는 장애수용에 부적으로 유의하였으며, 장애수용은 양육스트레스에 부적으로 유의하였다. 그리고 불안애착과 양육스트레스의 관계에서 거부적 양육태도와 장애수용은 순차적 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 불안애착을 지닌 어머니는 양육스트레스를 지니는데, 어머니의 불안애착이 발달장애아동에게 거부적 태도를 지니게 하여 자녀를 수용하기 어렵게 만들게 되고, 이로 인해 양육스트레스가 증가된다고 볼 수 있다. 마지막으로 논의와 제한점 등을 논하였다.

This study aimed to investigate the mediating effects of rejective parenting attitude and acceptance of disability on the relationship between anxious attachment and parenting stress in mother of child with developmental disabilities. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 127 people, and data from 109 people was analyzed, excluding 18 people who did not respond faithfully. This study conducted basic statistical analysis using SPSS, and verified and analyzed the structural equation model using AMOS. As a result, anxious attachment was positively significant to rejective parenting attitude and parenting stress, rejective parenting attitude was negatively significant to disability acceptance, and disability acceptance was negatively significant to parenting stress. And in the relationship between anxious attachment and parenting stress, rejective parenting attitude and disability acceptance showed double mediating effect. Finally, discussions and limitations were discussed.
