중국 유소년 생활체육 태권도의 인성교육 프로그램 분석 연구

Study on the Personality Education Program Through the Analysis of Chinese Youth Leisure Sports Taekwondo

이 연구는 중국 유소년을 대상으로 실시되고 있는 생활체육 태권도 인성교육 프로그램에 관한 연구로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 생활체육 태권도 인성교육 프로그램을 분석하였다. 이 연구를 위해 태권도교육 분야 전문가들을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 현재 중국 생활체육 태권도장의 인성교육 프로그램 현황을 파악하고, 이에 따른 문제점을 발견하고자 한다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 인성교육에 대한 문제점은 크게 세 가지로 나눈다. 우선, 태권도 협회는 인성 교육을 중요시하지 않으며, 인성 교육과 관련하여 협회의 교육 지원이 부족하다. 둘째, 일부 태권도장 경영자가 인성교육에 신경을 쓰지 않는다는 것이다. 셋째, 수련생 가정에 관한 문제는 학부모들이 인성교육에 관심이 없다는 점이다. 인성교육의 개선점은 크게 세 가지로 구분된다. 우선 태권도협회는 인성교육의 의미를 적극 홍보하고 인성교육의 최적화를 위한 지속적인 방안을 검토해야 한다. 유소년들에게 적합한 인성교육을 개발해야 한다. 둘째, 지도자는 자신의 인성과 지도수준 향상을 위하여 노력하여야 하며, 인성교육 계획을 수립할 수 있는 능력을 갖추어야 한다. 태권도장은 인성교육의 주제 행사를 정기적으로 개최하여 다양한 방법으로 인성교육의 효과를 도모하여야 한다. 셋째, 인성교육에 대한 학부모의 인식을 높이고 가정교육에 인성교육을 접목하도록 권장한다.

This study was a study on the physical education Taekwondo personality education program that was being conducted for Chinese youth, and the life sports Taekwondo personality education program was analyzed through focus group interviews. For this study, focus group interviews were conducted with experts in the field of taekwondo education to understand the current status of the personality education program of the taekwondo center in China, and to discover the problems associated with it. The results of this study are as follows. the problems with character education are divided into three main categories. First of all, the Taekwondo Association does not value character education, and the association's educational support is insufficient in relation to character education. Second, some taekwondo studio managers do not pay attention to character education. Third, the problem with trainee families is that parents are not interested in character education. the improvement points of character education are divided into three main categories. First, the Taekwondo Association should actively promote the meaning of character education and review continuous measures for optimizing character education. Appropriate character education should be developed for young people. Second, the leader must strive to improve his or her personality and leadership level, and must have the ability to establish a personality education plan. The Taekwondo studio should regularly hold events on the subject of character education to promote the effect of character education in various ways. Third, it is recommended to raise parents' awareness of character education and to incorporate character education into home education.
